Comfortable, airy, & convenient, this lovely paradise has four-bedrooms, four-bathrooms, two full kitchens, & two covered outdoor patios for relaxing or dining. You will have the luxury of having a unique setting - two (2) two-bedroom, two-bath homes each with a full kitchen & pool. Each sleeps five to six guests in one King, one queen bed, & a sofa in each home. This gem sits on a small enclave of houses in a neighborhood just off the main road, in the beach community of Playa Negra Heights. Keep connected with friends & family via the Fiber internet, & enjoy lazy afternoons lounging by the private pool.

Walking to town is a 15-20 minute beautiful beach walk, & there you will find amazing restaurants, shops, grocery stores, & activities to enjoy. Check out our "Favorite's Guide" for everything from breakfast spots to the best bike rental or the illustrious Banana Azul Beach Club with its famed restaurant, gourmet market, & hair salon. Other amenities are a short ten-minute walk from the house. In both cases, shoes are optional! Throw your flip-flops in a bag & walk in the warm Caribbean waters to your destination, or take a bike or tuk-tuk taxi for even shorter travel times.

The homes are newer builds with open living space with towering 20-foot, 6-meter ceilings adorned with locally hand-made pendant lights & ceiling fans. The full kitchens have a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, large toaster oven for baking, blender, coffee maker, toaster, & all your cookware, cutlery, & tableware. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs. There is a laundry room with a pantry area & a washer/dryer for your use. The home is fully screened with screened windows & offers a screen for the front door as well with fans for your cooling comfort. Designed to allow you to have a sense of & hear the sounds of nature that surround you with its carribean design where you will enjoy open air comfort & fans in the living space & an air-condition in the bedroom(s) for your sleeping pleasure.The air-conditioned bedrooms have comfortable beds with luxury linens, a ceiling fan,& can be opened for enjoying a gentle afternoon breeze.
Enjoy sitting around the beautifully crafted outdoor dining tables while enjoying a lovely home-cooked meal or perhaps while reading. Take time to enjoy the private gardens. The ensuite primary bath has a rain shower head & decorative openings to the outdoors that maintain privacy & allow the outdoor air to circulate. The air-conditioned second bedroom in each home has a queen bed, large windows, high ceilings, & fans for extra cooling.

A hammock swings lazily from the rafters for a peaceful afternoon slumber. Any stays over 10 nights include a housekeeping visit mid-stay.
