DESCRIPTION: Welcome to a serene oasis of modern minimalism, where simplicity meets sophistication in this two-bedroom home with an enclosed patio/yard. The exterior of the residence boasts a sleek and functional enclosed patio/yard perfect for kids or four-legged family members. 
As you step inside the bright foyer, you are greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The interior exudes tranquility with a neutral color palette, featuring shades of white, gray, green and natural wood. The walls are tastefully decorated, emphasizing the commitment to simplicity and elegance. Inside the long living room there is a plush oversized coach facing the smart TV as well as a set of French doors leading to the patio. 

The primary bedroom, with a comfortable king-size bed and minimalistic furnishings including an open closet with plenty of storage, comfortable bench, large mirror and two windows that let natural light to cascade in, creating an airy and calming ambiance. 
The hallway between the two bedrooms boasts a bathroom with a walk in shower and updated fixtures. 

The second bedroom serves a dual purpose, acting as both a versatile office space and a cozy guest bedroom. The room is furnished with a comfortable futon and optional cot, a sleek desk, and shelving units inside the open closet for practicality without compromising style. 
The simple and modern kitchen has everything the chef could want, including a delicious espresso maker. Sitting around the dining table for four adults, you are greeted with views of the yard and the surrounding hillsides of the Mount Washington neighborhoods. 
Step outside to the enclosed patio/yard, an intimate outdoor space designed for relaxation and entertainment. Minimalist landscaping, comfortable seating, and strategic lighting create a tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind or entertain guests.
Adjacent to the main living area is a clean, functional, and stylish exterior office. This detached space with French doors open to blur the boundaries between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The office is equipped with wifi, desk, lighting, and separate AC. Truly the perfect work-from-home space. Just outside the office and outside the kitchen door you will find your own stackable washer and dryer too!

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps a maximum of 4 guests in 1 king, 1 futon, 1 twin cot.

BATHROOMS: There is 1 bathroom in this home with a walk in shower (no bathtub).
